MMED will begin accepting applications for employee licenses. There are two different types of applications, one for everyday employees and one for supervisor employees. The applications can be found on the MMED Website. We recommend that all businesses begin the process of having their employees fill out the applications. MMED has not yet set a deadline for submission of employee licenses.   If you have any questions or need help regarding these applications, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The Department of Revenue has issued it's FINAL RULES and the Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division (MMED) will be sending enforcement officers to check compliance with these new rules, as well as HB1284.  It's important that you begin working towards full compliance as soon as possible.  The Vicente Consulting team is offering Private Consultations to assist with this process!
